Curve Finance (CRV) has launched on Stellar (XLM), marking its first native deployment beyond EVM networks.

The launch brings Curve’s audited StableSwap system to Stellar, supporting permissionless pools, swaps and liquidity provision.

“Stellar looks like a good fit,” according to Curve Finance founder Michael Egorov.

StableSwap targets low-slippage trading between stablecoins pegged to the same currency and other closely correlated assets.

“Stablecoins and tokenized assets only deliver real value,” according to Stellar Development Foundation CEO Denelle Dixon.

Curve also plans to bring FXSwap to Stellar after completing its audit, enabling trading between assets with changing relative prices.

The integration could support collateral liquidations, lending exits and new trading venues for asset issuers as liquidity develops.

The deployment extends Curve’s infrastructure beyond EVM networks and adds another liquidity option to Stellar’s decentralised finance ecosystem.
