Share
  • Coinbase will suspend trading for Badger DAO and Storj on September 28, 2026, at about 2pm ET.
  • Both tokens are already in limit-only mode, while Coinbase shares closed 6.33% lower at US$178.64 on August 28.
  • Coinbase said the action followed routine reviews of assets against its listing standards.

Coinbase will suspend trading for Badger DAO (CRYPTO:BADGER) and Storj (CRYPTO:STORJ) on September 28, 2026.

The suspension will begin around 2pm ET across Coinbase.com, Coinbase Exchange and Coinbase Prime after a recent asset review.

“We regularly monitor the assets on our exchange to ensure they meet our listing standards,” Coinbase Markets said in an August 28 post.

Both tokens have entered limit-only mode, which allows customers to place and cancel limit orders before trading ends.

Following the announcement, Coinbase shares closed down 6.33% at US$178.64 on August 28, although the move cannot be linked solely to the suspensions.

Customers will retain access to their Badger DAO and Storj balances after trading ends, with withdrawals remaining available.

Coinbase has not disclosed the specific technical, legal, compliance or market issues behind the decisions, while IoTeX also faces a September 23 suspension.
