CleanCore sells $33.4M Dogecoin stake

CleanCore Solutions sold substantially all 463 million Dogecoin (CRYPTO:DOGE) for about US$33.4 million.

The company completed the sale on 20 July, ending a treasury strategy launched in September 2025.

CleanCore had earlier sold about 200 million DOGE for US$18.4 million and transferred 70 million for about US$6.8 million.

The company is directing the proceeds towards its AI infrastructure business, including a Minnesota data centre project.

Following the announcement, CleanCore shares closed at US$0.152 on 24 August, down about 4.4% from the previous close.

CleanCore raised about US$100 million through a separate equity offering, with about US$92 million expected after fees.

The company plans to change its name to Zone Frontier Inc. on 31 August, while retaining the ZONE ticker.

At the time of reporting, Dogecoin price was $0.09129.
