Operation Lighthouse investigated 29,120 crypto addresses and digital identifiers linked to more than 100 networks.

“Behind every lead is a real child at risk,” said Chainalysis senior intelligence analyst Tom McLouth.

The operation generated 14,300 investigative leads across 11 crypto exchanges and payment services.

It flagged suspects across 125 countries, including 16 registered sex offenders, according to Chainalysis.

The multi-day investigation brought together law enforcement agencies, crypto firms and specialist non-profit groups.

Participants used blockchain transaction data to develop leads for further legal action, while Chainalysis said the results could support arrests and prosecutions.
