Guggenheim's Walsh Says Firm Is Cooperating With Regulators

Anne Walsh, chief investment officer of Guggenheim Partners, says the asset management firm is fully cooperating with regulators as they investigate an accounting issue at one of its subsidiaries. US prosecutors are looking at Mark Walter's investment empire and his relationship with Guggenheim. Walsh says Guggenheim's investment or trade-allocation processes are not part of the probe. Texas Stock Exchange Lures Two ETFs From NYSE

Carlos Peña, head of ETF & funds management at Texas Capital, joins Scarlet Fu and Eric Balchunas on "ETF IQ." The Texas Stock Exchange notched its first primary listings as two small ETFs focused on the state's economy announced plans to transfer to the upstart marketplace. The two ETFs are Texas Capital Texas Index ETF (ticker: TXS) and Texas Capital Texas Oil Index ETF (ticker: OILT).

Nuclear Power Demand Driven by AI, Hyperscaler Companies, Says TerraPower CEO

TerraPower CEO Chris Levesque said that hyperscalers are driving demand for nuclear power companies, as his company is set to announce a deal with a data center customer for a new nuclear power plant this year. Levesque, who was joined by Bloomberg News energy reporter Will Wade, also said that TerraPower is aiming to get construction time and consumer costs lower so that nuclear can become a larger energy source for the US.

NHL Team Futures ETFs Filed, Draw Attention

Bloomberg Intelligence's Athanasios Psarofagis joins Scarlet Fu and Eric Balchunas on "ETF IQ." They discuss how Volatility Shares and Roundhill have filed for 32 ETFs based on each of the 32 teams in the NHL. Each fund will obtain exposure through CME futures tracking a team-specific FutureSports Performance Index. This index will be built from 55 measures -- including wins, losses, goals and other official stats.

Trump Vows to Double Canadian Auto Tariffs, Escalating Fight

Bloomberg's Melissa Shin said that negotiators in both Canada and the United States understand how important the auto sector is both countries as President Trump vowed to double existing tariffs on the Canadian auto industry. Shin said that the broader tariffs stand to impact an estimated 90,000 jobs and disproportionately small businesses that may not see as much government support.

Goldman, Neos Discuss $2.3 Billion Deal
