BNBPlus raises $4.1M for BNB reserves
BNBPlus said it raised $4.1 million through a convertible preferred stock issuance to expand its treasury reserves of BNB.
The company said institutional digital asset investors Comstock Multichain Fund and Off The Chain LP participated in the financing round as BNBPlus continued building a treasury strategy centered on BNB accumulation.
According to the company, proceeds from the capital raise will support additional digital asset reserve purchases and provide working capital for ongoing strategic reviews.
BNBPlus said it is positioning itself as one of the few Nasdaq-listed companies with a treasury model specifically focused on the BNB ecosystem rather than diversified cryptocurrency holdings.
The company said the convertible preferred stock structure allows it to raise institutional capital while limiting immediate dilution to common shareholders, a financing strategy commonly used by growth-stage firms.
The participation of Comstock Multichain Fund and Off The Chain LP also highlighted continued institutional interest in public-market vehicles tied to blockchain infrastructure and digital asset treasury strategies.
The latest financing reflected a broader trend of publicly traded companies adopting cryptocurrency treasury strategies, although BNBPlus’s concentration on a single token introduces additional exposure to price volatility and ecosystem-specific risks within the BNB market.
