BitMine Immersion Technology has agreed to invest $200 million in Beast Industries, the entertainment company founded by YouTube creator MrBeast.
The deal marks one of BitMine’s largest non-core equity investments to date, linking crypto capital with a global creator platform.
BitMine confirmed the investment will be made through an equity stake, though financial terms and governance rights were not disclosed.
Beast Industries is led by Jimmy Donaldson, whose YouTube channels collectively reach more than 450 million subscribers.
“MrBeast and Beast Industries is the leading content creator of our generation, with reach and engagement unmatched among younger audiences,”
Thomas Lee said.
The companies said the transaction is expected to close on Monday.
As part of the agreement, Beast Industries will explore potential decentralised finance integration for a planned financial services platform.
Beast Industries CEO Jeffrey Housenbold said no DeFi product, timeline, or regulatory structure has yet been finalised.
MrBeast revealed in late 2025 that Beast Industries plans to expand into financial services and mobile offerings.
Investor materials indicate Beast Industries generated around $400 million in revenue during 2024.
