
Bitdeer (NASDAQ:BTDR) mined 990 Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) in June, up 7.5% from May, while its AI Cloud annualised revenue run rate rose to US$76 million.
June production increased from 921 Bitcoin in May and 203 Bitcoin a year earlier as the company deployed more self-mining machines.
Bitdeer said its self-mining hash rate reached 73 exahashes per second, while GPU utilisation increased to 95% and external AI Cloud subscriptions rose to 3,517 GPUs.
Following the announcement, Bitdeer (NASDAQ:BTDR) shares closed up 9.7% at US$12.48.
Bitdeer is expanding its AI infrastructure alongside its Bitcoin mining business, including a new manufacturing plant in Nevada and a planned data centre in Malaysia.
The company said it is also evaluating the conversion of parts of its global power portfolio from Bitcoin mining to AI cloud and colocation services.
