A group of Bitcoin-focused venture capital investors has launched a holding company to invest in businesses building on Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC).

The founders said the new structure will provide long-term capital and strategic support for Bitcoin-related companies.

“We believe a permanent capital vehicle is the best way to back the Bitcoin economy,” said the founders.

The holding company will acquire stakes in Bitcoin businesses instead of operating as a traditional venture capital fund.

The founders said the structure allows investments to be held for longer periods without the time limits of conventional funds.

The launch comes as more investors seek permanent capital models to support digital asset infrastructure and financial technology companies.

The new company reflects growing institutional interest in businesses developing products and services around the Bitcoin ecosystem.

At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $62,849.71.
