Binance delists pairs and tokens amid liquidity review

Share
  • Binance has announced the removal of 10 spot trading pairs and the full delisting of six cryptocurrency tokens in August 2026, following a routine review of trading activity across the platform.
  • The exchange stated that trading pairs may be removed when they fail to meet internal standards for liquidity and trading volume, describing the measures as necessary to protect users and maintain a high-quality market environment.
  • Binance's Spot Trading Bots service for all affected pairs will be discontinued at the same date and time as the delistings, with the exchange urging users to adjust their bot settings or cancel active bots in advance to avoid potential losses.

Binance Spot Copy Trading will also delist the affected trading pairs on 10 August 2026 at 03:00 UTC.

The six tokens scheduled for full removal are Across Protocol (CRYPTO:ACX), Hashflow (CRYPTO:HFT), PIVX (CRYPTO:PIVX), Vulcan Forged PYR (CRYPTO:PYR), Vanar (CRYPTO:VANRY), and Viction (CRYPTO:VIC), with all spot trading in these assets ending on 17 August 2026 at 03:00 UTC.

Binance confirmed that deposits of Across Protocol (CRYPTO:ACX), Hashflow (CRYPTO:HFT), PIVX (CRYPTO:PIVX), Vulcan Forged PYR (CRYPTO:PYR), Vanar (CRYPTO:VANRY), and Viction (CRYPTO:VIC) will be disabled from 18 August 2026 at 03:00 UTC.

Withdrawals of the six delisted tokens will remain available until 17 October 2026 at 03:00 UTC, after which withdrawal functionality will be disabled entirely.

Binance specifically cited Vanar's (CRYPTO:VANRY) upcoming contract swap as a contributing factor in its decision to delist the token, stating it will not support the migration.

Across Protocol is an interoperability solution facilitating cross-chain asset transfers, Hashflow is a decentralised exchange designed for low-fee cross-chain trading, and Vanar is the native token of the Vanar Chain project focused on gaming and digital assets.

Holders of any of the six affected tokens are advised to withdraw their assets from Binance before the 17 October 2026 deadline to avoid losing access to their funds.
