Arcus, a decentralised exchange built by the team behind dYdX, launched tokenised perpetual positions on Robinhood Chain.

The protocol converts perpetual futures positions into transferable ERC-20 tokens and supports tokenised stocks as collateral for leveraged trades.

“Traditional markets have spent decades making sophisticated investment strategies easier to access through products like leveraged ETFs,” said Arcus CEO Eddie Zhang.

Arcus launched pBTC3x and pHOOD3x, which provide three-times exposure to Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) and Robinhood Markets stock respectively.

Arcus has recorded more than $2 billion in trading volume on Robinhood Chain, with average daily volume above $100 million.

Robinhood Markets shares closed at $112.13 on August 25, up 8.21% from the previous session, according to historical market data.

Robinhood Chain reached $596 million in total value locked after launching on July 1, while Arcus said its new products aim to bring leveraged strategies onto blockchain infrastructure.

At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $78,912.55.
