ADQ manages approximately US$430 billion in assets, making it one of the world's largest sovereign investment funds and a significant participant in the initiative.
Coinbase will contribute its digital asset infrastructure, while Chainlink will provide interoperability technology designed to connect tokenised assets with blockchain networks.
