  • Digital asset issuer 21shares introduced physically backed ETPs covering Ether.fi (ETHFI) and Zcash (ZEC) on Euronext exchanges.
  • The dual rollout expands European investor access to liquid restaking ecosystem tokens alongside privacy-focused digital asset protocols.
  • Both products list on Euronext Paris and Euronext Amsterdam with a standard 2.50% annual expense ratio.

Digital asset issuer 21shares has expanded its European product suite by launching physically backed ETPs for Ether.fi (ETHFI) and Zcash (ZEC).

The product expansion removes technical self-custody barriers by integrating decentralised protocol exposure into traditional brokerage accounts.

“European investors want straightforward access to projects that are actually building useful technology,” said Jasmin Muelhaupt, Director of Financial Product Development.

The 21shares ether.fi ETP gives investors direct exposure to the native governance token driving liquid restaking financial services.

“By bringing both onto traditional exchanges as ETPs, we are making it as simple to add these assets to a portfolio as buying any standard stock or fund,” Muelhaupt added.

The 21shares Zcash ETP targets institutional privacy demand using zero-knowledge cryptography bound by a strict 21 million coin supply cap.

Institutional third-party custodians hold all underlying tokens off-exchange to secure physical backing for both investment vehicles.

Following the update, Zcash (ZEC) was trading at $1,616.38.
