Xamble Group (ASX:XGL) announced a decisive strategic pivot towards AI-powered automation and high-growth integration as it nears the completion of its landmark acquisition of YouthsToday.

Following the April finalisation of the 55.6% majority stake, the group is projected to realise annualised cost savings of approximately $700,000.

The efficiencies will be driven by structural synergies and the deployment of AI to replace manual operational roles, accelerating the company’s post-acquisition profitability.

The acquisition fundamentally reshapes Xamble’s market presence, expanding its footprint from three to seven countries across South-east Asia, including the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

The group’s influencer community will see a 2.77x increase to 19,233 creators, while its total platform reach is set to surge by 519%, hitting $623.2 million.

The consolidation allows Xamble to offer a full-spectrum influencer solution, integrating YouthsToday’s nano and seeder layers with its existing macro and micro capabilities.

The board has appointed Adrian Tan as interim CEO, effective May 1. Tan’s mandate focuses on Day 1 integration and executing the AI transformation.

He succeeds outgoing CEO Jason Thoe, who steps down on April 15 after overseeing a year of monumental growth, including an 891% increase in affiliate marketing transactions.

At the time of reporting, Xamble Group’s share price was $0.016.
