
WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) has completed a board review into matters concerning co-founder and executive chair Richard White, finding no further issues requiring investigation.
The review, launched in October 2024, involved legal support from Herbert Smith Freehills and Seyfarth Shaw, with McGrath Nicol conducting forensic accounting work.
Seyfarth examined three previously disclosed matters, including two confidential complaints, along with two additional inquiries linked to media allegations.
The company confirmed all investigations are now complete.
Following the review, WiseTech assessed its governance framework, including its code of conduct, and reiterated the operation of third-party whistleblower and "safe to speak up" channels, alongside ongoing employee compliance training.
The company said its governance policies are regularly reviewed and updated to remain fit for purpose.
