
WiseTech clarifies commercial contract details with DSV

WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) clarified its relationship with DSV, noting that CargoWise transaction volumes grew 20% over six months.
The announcement follows ongoing media and online speculation regarding the status of the commercial relationship between both businesses.
"We deeply value our relationship with DSV and remain committed to supporting its business," said WiseTech CEO Zubin Appoo.
The company stated that both parties are committed under an existing financial contract until September 2028.
Following the announcement, the WiseTech share price was down at $34.48.
WiseTech noted that user counts for its CargoWise platform have grown by approximately 3% recently.
The logistics software provider added that the parties continue to discuss potential additional collaboration opportunities.
