The transaction introduces a regional service delivery arm to contrast with previous single-entity operations.
Under the agreement, Adisyn Services will act as the in-country delivery partner for WhiteHawk to provide technical support for businesses expanding into the United States Department of War supply chain.
The company stated that the business arrangement will allow Adisyn Services to access more than 200 security options listed on the WhiteHawk cybersecurity marketplace.
