The board has commenced an executive search for a candidate with extensive experience in public companies and the cybersecurity landscape.

The governance shift aligns with WhiteHawk's broader strategy to appoint an Australian-based CEO in the coming months.

A primary driver for this regional focus is the company's unique competitive advantage regarding AUKUS-related cybersecurity regulations.

Following the establishment of a dedicated APEC office in late 2025, WhiteHawk is uniquely positioned to assist Australian defense contractors in meeting stringent US Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification and Australia’s Essential 8 requirements.
