West Coast Silver (ASX:WCE) commenced a high-impact diamond drilling programme at its flagship Elizabeth Hill Silver Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The campaign involves up to 1,500m of diamond core drilling, specifically designed to test for high-grade silver extensions beneath the historical underground mine workings.

The programme represents the first comprehensive investigation of deeper mineralisation along the Munni Munni Fault, the primary geological structure responsible for the exceptional silver grades previously identified at the site.

The technical objective of the current programme is to intersect the Munni Munni Fault within 200m of the surface, targeting zones immediately adjacent to and beneath the existing mine infrastructure.

The following exploration in 2025, which confirmed that silver mineralisation extends directly to the surface.

By focusing on the structural controls of the fault, the company aims to define the scale of the silver deposit at depth and potentially unlock a significant expansion of the resource.

Operations are expected to proceed over the next four to six weeks.

At the time of reporting, West Coast Silver’s share price was $0.18.
