Webjet Group (ASX:WJL) announced the resignation of Managing Director and CEO Katrina Barry, effective after a 21-month tenure marked by structural changes.

Having joined the board in 2022 before stepping into the CEO role in June 2024, Barry oversaw the demerger and ASX listing of the company's B2C division.

Chairman Don Clarke credited her with repositioning the newly formed group and establishing a five-year strategic roadmap focused on technological upgrades and brand revitalisation.

Barry will remain with the company through May to assist with the transition and the finalisation of full-year results, while the board commences a search for her successor.

Webjet reaffirmed its FY26 guidance, projecting an underlying EBITDA between $28 million and $29 million, noting that travel demand remains resilient in the Asia-Pacific region.
