Voltaic Strategic Resources regains 100% of Ti Tree Lithium Project
- Voltaic Strategic Resources has mutually terminated its joint venture agreement with Delta Lithium to regain full control of the Ti Tree Project.
- The announcement left the company's stock price down at $0.035 during recent trading sessions.
- The company intends to independently advance exploration and drilling targets across its newly consolidated regional landholding.
Voltaic Strategic Resources (ASX:VSR) dissolved its joint venture to regain 100% ownership of the Ti Tree Lithium Project.
This termination ends an exploration partnership that started in March 2024 and was recently extended through to September 2026.
"Voltaic now takes back 100% control of the highly prospective Ti Tree portfolio within the Yinnetharra regional lithium district, and we look forward to progressing some highly prospective drill targets," said Voltaic Chairman Daniel Raihani.
The asset sits adjacent to an existing 21.9 million tonne lithium mineral resource held by Delta Lithium (ASX:DLI).
Following the announcement, the Voltaic share price was down at $0.035.
The company recently acquired an adjoining granted exploration licence to strengthen its regional landholding position.
The full ownership strategy provides the business with increased flexibility to independently plan future drilling campaigns.
