
Volt Group reports $4.8M half year revenue
- Volt Group recorded a 122% increase in half-year revenue to $4.8 million following the acquisition of 4D Delta.
- Adjusted EBITDA surged by 531% to $1.6 million, while net operating cash flow reached $1.4 million.
- The company integrated digital asset inspection firm 4D Delta after completing a $4 million equity capital raise.
Volt Group (ASX:VPR) reported a 122% increase in ordinary revenue to $4.8 million for the half-year ended June 30.
The result compares to ordinary revenue of $2.2 million recorded in the prior corresponding period ended June 30, 2025.
"Since 4D Delta’s acquisition, sales growth momentum has continued, with total customer assets on the 4D Delta Cloud Platform increasing 22% to 893," said Volt Executive Chairman Adam Boyd.
Net operating cash flow rose 406% to $1.4 million, up from $268,000 in the prior period, while cash at bank stood at $3.6 million as of June 30.
Following the announcement, the Volt Group share price was unchanged at $0.12.
The company completed its acquisition of 4D Delta on Jan. 7 following a $4 milion equity capital raising at $0.135 per share.
To support business integration and sales growth across its EcoQuip, Wescone, and 4D Delta divisions, the company appointed James Garwood to its board as a non-executive director.
