Key points

  • Volt Group lowered its full-year financial forecasts following softer sales in its EcoQuip division.
  • The lower outlook reflects weak EcoQuip performance despite revenue growth from the 4D Delta unit.
  • Volt Group appointed a new COO in October to lead sales growth across its core business segments.

Volt Group (ASX:VPR) lowered its full-year guidance as weak sales in its EcoQuip business offset gains across other divisions.

The company reduced its FY26 revenue guidance to $9.5-$10.5 million and EBITDA guidance to $3-$3.4 million, down from earlier expectations.

Group Q3 FY26 ordinary revenue receipts fell 3% year-on-year to $1.8 million, down from $1.9 million in the prior period.

Despite the quarterly dip, year-to-date FY26 ordinary revenue receipts grew 72% to $6.9 million, bolstered by revenue from the 4D Delta acquisition completed in January.

Volt Executive Chairman Adam Boyd said, "Despite EcoQuip’s sales performance in 2026, the board remains excited about the significant growth potential of EcoQuip."

Following the announcement, the Volt Group share price was down at $0.10.

The newly acquired 4D Delta business generated Q3 revenue receipts of $0.9 million, bringing its year-to-date total to $3.5 million in line with target forecasts.

Meanwhile, Wescone Q3 revenue receipts dropped to $0.5 million from $1.3 million a year earlier due to higher BHP Service Exchange crusher return offsets.
