Vista Group raises revenue guidance to NZ$184M

Vista Group (ASX:VGL) reported a 12% increase in half-year total revenue to NZ$86.3 million. Recurring revenue for the period reached NZ$80.1 million.

The company stated SaaS revenue grew by 38% to NZ$43.5 million compared to the first half of 2025.

"Momentum in Vista Cloud continues to build," said Vista Group CEO Stuart Dickinson.

Management stated the business expanded its contracted enterprise market share from 46% to 48%.

Following the announcement, the Vista Group share price was up at $2.05, as executives forecast continued growth.

The software provider recently secured key client cloud agreements with global operators, including Cineworld and Cineplexx.

Executives noted that Cinemex also returned to the platform, adding more than 300 new cinema sites.
