Victory Giant Technology Huizhou Co. surged in its Hong Kong trading debut on Tuesday, after raising $2.6 billion. Ahead of the company's listing, founder Chen Tao told Bloomberg that the printed circuit board maker expects "high-speed growth" over the next five years.
