Venari Minerals (ASX:VMS) has secured $6.1 million in an oversubscribed capital raising to advance its flagship Nevada project.
The capital raising comprises a $1.4 million convertible note issued to a high-net-worth investor.
The placement price of $0.085.
Investors will receive one free attaching option for every ten shares, alongside a separate entitlement offer for existing shareholders.
Venari stated that proceeds will fund mineral resource upgrades, metallurgical testing, and an early 2027 scoping study.
Following the announcement, the Venari Minerals share price was unchanged at $0.085.
Located in Nevada, the Red Mountain Project contains lithium alongside critical minerals such as strontium and magnesium.
