US Producer Price Index Rises Most in Three Months on Energy Costs

The US producer price index for August rose 0.4% from the prior month and 5.4% from a year earlier. Initial jobless claims fell by 1,000 to 206,000 for the week ending September 5. Bloomberg's Michael McKee reports.
