US Jobless Claims Fall to Lowest Level Since July at 196,000

Applications for US unemployment benefits decreased by 10,000 to 196,000 in the week ended Sep. 12, according to Labor Department data released Thursday. Claims fell last week to the lowest level since July, adding to signals of labor market stability. Michael McKee reports on Bloomberg Television.
