The AIRCARE for Vets Act builds on US congressional actions since 2022 that urged military healthcare providers to adopt advanced respiratory surveillance.
Introduced by Representatives Juan Ciscomani and Chris Pappas, the legislation directs the agency to establish testing for respiratory disorders among exposed service members.
Peer-reviewed multicentre research demonstrated that the company's software identified deployment-related lung conditions even when conventional CT scans and spirometry showed normal results.
