
Truscreen CEO resigns effective October
- TruScreen Group CEO Martin Dillon has resigned for personal reasons, effective Oct. 31.
- The leadership transition was announced alongside unchanged market trading prices.
- Non-Executive Chairman Tony Ho will serve as Executive Chairman and Interim CEO during the recruitment process.
TruScreen Group (ASX:TRU) announced that CEO Martin Dillon has resigned from his position for personal reasons, effective Oct. 31.
The leadership change comes after Dillon spent several years leading the medical device developer's global market operations.
"I thank Martin for his significant contribution to TruScreen over many years, particularly in the past year, the opening of new markets in Central Asia, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Thailand and greater Africa," said TruScreen Non-Executive Independent Chairman Tony Ho.
Under the transitional arrangement, Chairman Tony Ho will assume the roles of Executive Chairman and Interim CEO while the Board conducts a search for a permanent successor.
Dillon will remain available as a consultant to provide support to the company following his departure.
Following the announcement, the TruScreen share price was unchanged at $0.01.
The company stated that its executive team will continue to manage operational and strategic priorities during the transition.
