Trump Says US Should Have Lowest Interest Rates in World

President Donald Trump reiterates that interest rates should be lower and he says he knows what the new Fed Chair Kevin Warsh wants to do, but acknowledges Warsh doesn't make the decision alone. Trump spoke to reporters on Air Force One.
