Trump Says Spain Agreed to Pay More

US President Donald Trump said Spain, a NATO partner, agreed to pay more after he threatened them with a trade embargo during the bloc's summit. Trump didn't specify what payments he was referring to or who he spoke with from Spain. Oliver Crook reports from Ankara, Turkey.
