Trump Iran Reports 'Not Closely Connected' to Truth on the Ground, Says Retired General

Ben Hodges, a former commanding general for the US Army in Europe, said reports from the Trump administration on the conflict with Iran 'are not very closely connected to the truth on the ground.' General Hodges also said that he was 'encouraged' to hear reports that military leaders had pushed back on Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and urged him to stop military extension of war with Iran.
