
Treasury Wine Estates appoints permanent CFO

Treasury Wine Estates (ASX:TWE) has permanently appointed interim leader Justin Pipito as its Group CFO, effective Oct. 1.
Pipito has served as the company's interim chief financial and strategy officer since June 1, following a broad search process.
"Justin has demonstrated strong commercial and financial leadership throughout his career at TWE, and in particular during his time as Interim CFO," said Treasury Wine Estates CEO Sam Fischer.
The permanent role comes after Pipito filled several internal leadership positions, including CFO for Australia and New Zealand, CFO for Asia, CFO for Penfolds, and Deputy CFO.
Following the announcement, the Treasury Wine Estates share price was unchanged at $5.42.
Pipito joined the wine producer in 2016 after previously holding finance leadership positions at iSelect, Fosters Group, and PwC.
During his decade-long tenure at the company, Pipito has been based in both Melbourne and Shanghai to oversee operations.
