TradeWindow annual recurring revenue reaches $10.4M

Global trade software provider TradeWindow (ASX:TWL) reported a 17% increase in annual recurring revenue to NZ$10.4 million.

Trading revenue for the quarter reached NZ$2.7 million, up 18% on the first quarter of FY26.

“Performance this quarter has remained steady and fully aligned with the strategic plan outlined in May,” said TradeWindow CEO Dewald van Rensburg.

Average revenue per customer rose to NZ$36,447 for shippers and NZ$16,480 for freight forwarders, while gross margin reached 63%.

Following the announcement, the TradeWindow share price was unchanged at $0.13.

The business maintained a 90% customer retention rate, up one percentage point on FY26.
