Tower (ASX:TWR) has appointed Len Elikhis as CFO, subject to the completion of regulatory processes.
Elikhis joins the insurer from PPS Mutual, where he served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer since 2023, following prior executive roles at AIA New Zealand and Sovereign.
“Len’s commercial insight, proven experience delivering growth and strategic leadership will be a valuable addition to Tower’s executive team as we continue to strengthen our customer proposition and deliver long-term value for shareholders,” said Tower CEO Paul Johnston.
Elikhis will officially step into the CFO role at the company on Nov. 2, while outgoing interim CFO Simon Hoole departs following his tenure in the position.
The leadership change comes as the company continues executing its growth strategy across its regional footprint.
Following the announcement, the Tower share price was unchanged at $1.56.
Tower operates as a general insurance provider offering personal and commercial coverage across New Zealand and five Pacific Island nations.
The insurer serves more than 300,000 customers across its target markets while focusing on digital transformation and direct-to-consumer services.
