The Lottery Corporation (ASX:TLC) announced a structural overhaul and several executive leadership changes, set to take effect on July 1.
The new operating model aims to accelerate growth and sharpen the company's evolution into a digital entertainment leader by decentralising operations into three distinct, customer-facing business units: Lotteries, Digital, and Keno.
Under the restructure, Callum Mulvihill will become COO of Lotteries, Loren Somerville will lead the Digital division, and Antony Moore will oversee Keno operations.
Managing Director and CEO Wayne Pickup stated that the new framework provides the clarity and accountability required to focus on local market growth and faster decision-making.
Adam Newman's role as CFO will expand to encompass legal, risk, cyber, and technology services.
