The Agency Group posts $151.6M GCI in FY26

- Underlying EBITDA jumped 59% to $1.8 million, while net loss after tax narrowed to $2.4 million.
- Growth was driven by national agent network expansion, higher productivity, and stronger sales volumes across key East Coast markets.
The Agency Group Australia (ASX:AU1) delivered record gross commission income of $151.6 million for the full year ended June 30, up from $125.3 million in the prior period.
The result compares to total revenue of $108.7 million, representing a 10% rise from $98.5 million generated during FY25.
Executive Chairman Andrew Jensen said, “The result demonstrates the value of our national platform and the operating leverage available as productive agents and established offices join the network.”
The business achieved this performance despite residential market conditions softening materially late in FY26, with revenue growth supported by geographic diversification and higher agent productivity.
Secondary financial details revealed that agent numbers rose 16% to a record 511, while total property sales reached 6,849 homes with a combined gross sales value of $9.02 billion.
The company stated that discussions with Aura Group regarding a confidential, non-binding and conditional scrip-for-scrip merger proposal remain incomplete with no certainty a transaction will proceed.
Following the announcement, The Agency Group Australia share price was unchanged at $0.029.
Property management operations added further recurring cash flow, with sector revenue rising 7% to $14.5 million across 12,261 total properties under management.
The off-balance sheet value of the business increased by $2 million over the 12-month period, lifting the total rentroll valuation to $38.1 million.
