Temple & Webster (ASX:TPW) grew full-year revenue by 10.6% to $664.6 million, demonstrating resilient operating margins amid challenging retail conditions.
The result marks a steady increase from the previous year's $600.7 million, reflecting the company's shift towards exclusive product categories.
FY26 EBITDA reached $21.9 million, representing a margin of 3.3% and growth of 17%. Revenue per active customer of $494 for FY26, driven by an increase in average order values through H2 FY26.
"Despite a challenging environment, we have been able to deliver record annual revenue of $665 million, while materially improving the underlying profitability of the business through several margin optimisation initiatives," said Temple & Webster Executive Chair Mark Coulter.
The company stated that underlying EBITDA, excluding unrealised foreign exchange losses, reached $25.9 million.
Following the announcement, the Temple & Webster share price was down at $4.16.
Despite variable market conditions, the company is targeting EBITDA of $33 – $40 million for FY27, an increase of approximately 50 – 80% over FY26.
CEO Susie Sugden plans to detail strategies for double-digit top-line growth at the upcoming annual general meeting.
The online retailer continues to rely on a capital-light, direct-shipping model to control fixed costs and support long-term scalability.
