Telix Pharmaceuticals (ASX:TLX) appointed David Gill as chair of the board with immediate effect.

The appointment formalises a succession plan initiated in May, when Gill originally joined as a non-executive director.

Gill brings over 35 years of senior management and financial leadership experience in biopharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Former interim Chair Dr. Mark Nelson will remain on the board as a non-executive director.

Following the announcement, the Telix Pharmaceuticals share price was down at $15.20.

The company recently reported first-half 2026 revenue of US$477 million, representing a 22% increase year-over-year.

The group gross margin rose to 55% during the same period, supported by precision medicine growth.
