
TechnologyOne creates two new executive roles
- TechnologyOne (ASX:TNE) announced an executive leadership restructuring creating two new positions to target core industry verticals.
- Current CFO Cale Bennett will transition to Executive Vice President of Regulated Industries on Aug. 1.
- The restructuring aims to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption and drive growth across key enterprise markets.
TechnologyOne (ASX:TNE) announced a restructuring of its executive leadership structure to add two new executive roles across its key industry verticals.
The changes follow the company’s previous investment in dedicated leadership for local government and education sectors.
"TechnologyOne's success today comes from the investments we made yesterday," said TechnologyOne CEO and Managing Director Edward Chung.
Under the new arrangement, General Manager of Investor Relations Giovanni Rizzo will serve as acting Chief Financial Officer while recruitment continues for a permanent replacement and an Executive Vice President of government.
The new roles aim to integrate industry strategy, product direction, sales, implementation, and customer outcomes under single accountable executives.
Following the announcement, the TechnologyOne share price was down at $29.40.
The enterprise software provider stated that it is currently rolling out its 5th generation enterprise resource planning software featuring artificial intelligence capabilities.
The company stated that it has rewritten its core code base four times over the past 38 years to keep pace with changing technology platforms.
