  • Tartana Minerals signed a strategic investment agreement to raise approximately $5.2 million.
  • The company issued new equity at $0.053 per share, representing a premium to its prevailing market price.
  • Capital will fund expanded exploration across Queensland assets targeting silver, copper, and gold.

Tartana Minerals (ASX:TAT) entered into a strategic investment agreement with international group Xingye to raise approximately $5.2 million.

The capital injection comes after the company assessed multiple strategic options following an unsolicited proposal.

"Commencing drilling at Nightflower is an important milestone for Tartana and follows the work undertaken over recent weeks to finalise land access and get our team and drill rig onto site," said Tartana Minerals Executive Chairman Sonny Didugu.

The transaction structure allocates funds directly towards advancing exploration programmes across silver, copper, zinc, and gold assets in Queensland.

The deal remains subject to key conditions, including FIRB regulatory approvals.

Following the announcement, the Tartana Minerals share price was unchanged at $0.015.

The transaction follows recent board changes and an operational review aimed at refining resource development targets across key exploration zones.

The company continues to advance drilling campaigns at its Tartana and broader Chillagoe project portfolios.
