Talius Group (ASX:TAL) has entered into a binding commercial partnership with Health Generation to take its co-branded CareGen Intelligence platform to market.
The joint initiative combines Talius' hardware and software platform with Health Generation's clinical nurse oversight to expand adoption across the Australian aged care sector.
Talius Managing Director and CEO Pat Howard said, "Talius brings the technology, and Health Generation brings deep clinical experience and strong relationships across the sector. Together, that gives us another practical route to market and a way to grow adoption of the Talius platform and recurring software revenue."
Under the agreement, Health Generation will lead sales and client management, while Talius provides technology, hardware installation, and ongoing technical platform support.
The initial objective targets engaging three new customer sites and commissioning one pilot during the first 12 months.
Following the announcement, the Talius Group share price was unchanged at $0.045.
The company stated that the business model generates both upfront technology revenue and recurring software revenue based on customer adoption levels.
