Talius Group (ASX:TAL) has secured a master services agreement with Seventh-Day Adventist Aged Care (South Queensland), operating as Adventist Retirement Plus.
The partnership marks an expansion for Talius, initially focusing on the deployment of advanced nurse call and sleep systems across two key retirement villages in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Covering approximately 220 beds, the initial rollout carries a total contract value of $565,000, encompassing both hardware installation and three years of recurring platform revenue.
The agreement is a critical milestone in Talius’s software-led annualised recurring revenue growth strategy.
By establishing a scalable commercial and operational framework, the MSA provides a clear pathway for future integration across ARP’s broader portfolio, which currently includes four sites in Queensland.
Talius expects additional statements of work to follow as the relationship matures.
Managing Director and CEO of Talius, Pat Howard, emphasised that the partnership follows a successful pilot programme, validating the commercial case for the Talius platform.
Howard noted that the engagement underpins the company's ambitions to deliver superior, data-driven care workflows within the faith-based care sector.
Hardware supply and installation for the primary two sites are targeted for completion by June, ensuring near-term revenue conversion while strengthening the company's market penetration in the Australian retirement living landscape.
