· Swoop has secured an MVNO wholesale agreement with TPG Telecom for its subsidiary, Moose Mobile.

· The agreement is expected by the company to deliver a 50% gross margin percentage improvement over the next three financial years.

· The deal aims to support Swoop's strategic ambition to expand its base to more than 180,000 mobile subscribers.

Swoop Holdings (ASX:SWP) has announced that its subsidiary, Moose Mobile, has entered into a mobile virtual network operator wholesale agreement with TPG Telecom (ASX:TPG), effective June 16.

The new commercial arrangement replaces standard wholesale terms and intends to strengthen the mobile services offered by the company across its diverse Australian consumer and corporate client divisions.

The finer details of the arrangement demonstrate that the reduced average cost per user will directly drive the projected 50% gross margin percentage expansion across FY27, FY28, and FY29.

Swoop stated that the updated infrastructure access will support the long-term expansion of its current base of approximately 135,000 mobile subscribers to more than 180,000 services in operation over the next three years.

Following the announcement, Swoop’s share price was unchanged at $0.096.

The network expansion occurs alongside the simultaneous deployment of a new corporate billing platform and a nationwide launch of eSIM capabilities.
