Swift TV secures official Google certification

Australian technology firm Swift TV (ASX:STV) announced that its flagship enterprise connected TV platform has secured official Google certification after a multi-year integration and compliance programme.

The certification process involved extensive testing of platform performance, security, and user experience standards to ensure seamless alignment with Google’s certified ecosystem.

Delivered through hardware manufactured by an authorised partner, this provides Swift TV with a hardened competitive edge by combining its proprietary enterprise communications and operational functionality with the massive scalability and AI capabilities of Google TV and Android.

The technology is already seeing strong commercial deployment across key sectors at scale. Swift TV is actively operational within major accommodation environments, including Chevron workforce accommodation sites, multiple facilities managed by Australia’s largest aged care provider, and the recently finalised Daydream Island Resort agreement.

The official certification not only supports and solidifies the deployments already underway across the mining, aged care, and hospitality sectors, but it also raises barriers to entry for competitors looking to penetrate the lucrative enterprise accommodation markets.
