Summerset Group (ASX:SNZ) reported 448 sales of occupation rights for the second quarter of 2026 amid shifting economic conditions.
New sales matched the same period last year, but resales grew 26% to 227 properties.
"St Johns remains one of our strongest-performing new sales villages, averaging 1.6 sales per week in Q2," said Summerset Group CEO Scott Scoullar.
The company stated that full-year New Zealand deliveries will decline by 50 homes to between 600 and 650 properties.
Following the announcement, the Summerset Group share price was unchanged at $7.18.
Management maintained its Australian construction target of 100 to 150 homes for the calendar year.
The retirement village developer has completed 454 home deliveries across both countries so far this year.
