Barcelona-based liquid cooling specialist Submer has acquired Radian Arc, a key GPU software partner of Activeport Group (ASX:ATV).
The acquisition aims to create a powerhouse in full-stack AI data centre infrastructure, integrating Submer's high-density cooling technology with Radian Arc's distributed GPU edge computing platform.
For Activeport, the deal represents a major catalyst for growth, as the company retains a strategic equity stake in the combined entity valued at over $1 million while maintaining its long-standing operational partnership.
The synergy between the companies is expected to accelerate Radian Arc's expansion into cloud gaming and edge GPU deployments.
As Radian Arc scales under Submer's ownership, demand is projected to surge for Activeport’s proprietary GPU orchestration and streaming software, which continues to power the underlying platform.
The ecosystem strengthening is designed to drive an increase in both software licence fees and recurring revenue for Activeport.
Peter Christie, Chairman and CEO of Activeport, expressed high confidence in the transaction, noting that the alignment positions the company to capture broader commercial opportunities globally.
