The selection provides a clear operational framework compared to earlier standalone processing concepts considered by the joint venture.
The agreement targets a processing capacity net to Strike of 43.5 terajoules per day.
The company stated that the processing pathway forms part of broader development milestones, including reserve growth, funding capacity, and power project initiatives.
Following the announcement the Strike Energy share price was unchanged at $0.12.
Strike Energy operates as an onshore gas producer and explorer focused primarily on developing resources across Western Australia's Perth Basin.
The business continues to progress several regional assets, including the Walyering gas field and the South Erregulla Power Project.
