Strickland Metals (ASX:STK) announced an executive board restructuring as the business transitions its flagship Rogozna Project in Serbia from exploration into the next phase of development.

The management overhaul follows the company's 2024 acquisition of the Serbian resource site, which was previously overseen by long-serving executive leadership during its initial evaluation phases.

The business stated that Managing Director Paul L’Herpiniere will step down by the end of 2026 once a suitable replacement is appointed, while Chairman Anthony McClure will transition to Non-Executive Director on Oct. 1 to allow Independent Non-Executive Director Sandra Bates to assume the role of chair.

Non-Executive Director Trent Franklin will also leave the board following the annual general meeting in November after more than five years of service.

The mining developer stated that the executive search process will focus on securing skills required to meet future strategic objectives as study workstreams continue at the flagship site.

Following the announcement, the Strickland Metals share price was down at $0.078.

The gold and base metals exploration company has focused primarily on expanding its resource base across major mineralised assets in Europe and Australia.
